Welcome to CWU's Ad Hoc Academic Early Alert!
Academic Early Alert (AEA) identifies at risk students by providing faculty, advisors, staff and administrators a way to support student success by tracking student academic, behavioral and attendance early in the quarter.
By using this ad hoc tool, you can report concerns with a student who is not on your Academic Early Alert list, sent to faculty during week three of this quarter. After you report a student, depending on what you're reporting, your information will be forwarded to one or several support services on our campus.
Our goal is to report concerns early in order to positively impact student retention and time-to-degree by facilitaiting early staff-to-student communication, interaction and reporting.
Thank you for all you do to support our students!
