Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrates Recreation Sports Complex Opening

ELLENSBURG, Wash. – CWU Recreation is pleased to announce that a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly constructed Recreation Sports Complex (RSC) will take place on Friday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. This ribbon cutting celebrates the conclusion of a project that will impact many departments across CWU’s campus.

The Recreation Sports Complex will give CWU students, the varsity track & field and cross country programs, and academic departments a state-of-the-art facility that will provide a safe place to learn, play, and grow.

“We are thrilled to operate a facility that provides outdoor recreational opportunities both during the day and after sunset. This facility will enable students to achieve their health and wellbeing goals in order to be successful at CWU” said Mathew Boyer.
