How to get started with Personal Training

If you have a goal that you would like some motivation and planning with, we would love to help you take it to the next level. 

These are your action steps to the body the looks and feels the way you want. 


Step 1.  E-mail to set up your free fitness consultation with our health coordinator. 


Step 2.  Bring your goals to your appointment.  The purpose of the consultation is to match your with the trainer or program that best matches your goals, personality and schedule.

Free Fitness Classes

Demo Week is the first 7 days of each quarter.

2017-18 Demo Week Dates:

  • Fall: September 20 - 26
  • Winter: February 14
  • Spring: May 2

Demo Week is your opportunity to try any of our group offerings for FREE. If you are looking for a fun alternative to grinding away for hours on an elliptical watching your favorite soap opera, come give us a try!
