How to get started with Personal Training

If you have a goal that you would like some motivation and planning with, we would love to help you take it to the next level. 

These are your action steps to the body the looks and feels the way you want. 

 

Step 1.  E-mail personaltraining@cwu.edu to set up your free fitness consultation with our health coordinator. 

 

Step 2.  Bring your goals to your appointment.  The purpose of the consultation is to match your with the trainer or program that best matches your goals, personality and schedule.

Personal Training provides guidance and assistance in individual, small group, and team environments.  Workouts can be tailored to your specific needs and goals.  Our staff provides motivation, education, support and guidance for healthy lifestyle choices to people of all ages and fitness levels.
