Registration is $15 for a one event, $25 for two and is available at the Recreation Center front desk or online at www.cwu.edu/rec. Registration is available to CWU students, faculty and staff.

The Powerlifting Meet will feature two lifts—bench press and dead lift. Participants can choose to compete in either event, or choose to do both, which is called the push-pull. The “Wilks Score,” which divides the amount lifted by the competitors weight, will determine the competitors score. Trophies will be awarded for first, second and third place for each men’s and women’s weight class.

Weigh-ins are required for each competitor, and begin prior to the event at 10 a.m. in the Weight Room. Bench Press is first on the schedule, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Dead Lifts are scheduled to begin after, with trophy presentations around 5:30 p.m. These times are scheduled to change.

Entry fee and forms are due to the CWU Recreation Center front desk by April 5.
