Team Metabolic Training:  Class designed to track your body to the next level of fitness.  The programing is designed to use timed weight circuits to help you drop body fat and improve body composition.  

Women's Strength and Fitness:  This session is designed for women.  It takes advantage of all the functional fitness exercises you need to have the body you want.  Sorry guy ladies only!

Team HIIT:  High Intensity Interval Training, High intensity moves with new equipment that will give you a new body.
