CWU students will get a hands on opportunity to learn about cooking meals that are both sustainable and affordable, with the help of the CWU Wellness Center and Dr. Rebecca Pearson, at the Dine and Tote event Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 5:30 p.m. in Michaelson Hall room 127. This event is free to all CWU students and must register at http://www.cwu.edu/wellness/dine-and-tote at least three days prior to the event.
The theme will focus on favorite Thanksgiving meals, just in time for students to surprise loved ones during Thanksgiving with their newfound culinary skills.
With beneficial advice from Dr. Pearson and tips on nutritious and stress-free cooking, leftovers wont be the only thing that students get to take home with them after the cooking session is through.
