CWU students can finally learn how to cook tasty food that’s both healthy and tasty at the two Campus Dine and Tote events Mondays, Feb. 4 and 25 at 5 p.m. in Michaelson 127. Students can reserve a spot for free by emailing Dr. Rebecca Pearson at email@example.com at least three days prior to the event.
At the first session, participants will be taught how to put a healthy twist on their favorite American comfort foods. The second session will focus on classic Italian food, where students will learn to blend noodles, sauces and meats in a delicious way that won’t stretch the belt.
At the end of both sessions, students will be amazed that they can make mouth-watering foods like chicken, potatoes and pasta that are actually good for them. But the best part is, after attendees are done cooking the food, they get to enjoy their creation and take the leftovers home with them.
