Do you dread group projects? Does it always seem you end up doing the majority of the work, or that one person does nothing while the rest of the group has to work twice as hard to compensate for that one person? Join the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE) at Leadership Quest II Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 4 p.m. in SURC 137A and learn why this occurs not only in class projects, but also in teams ranging from after school soccer programs, to corporate gurus who simply can’t agree.
This workshop will give an interactive look at how we can combat these difficulties by becoming team aware and by building a repertoire of strategies that can be implemented in your own teams.
RSVP by emailing CEL@cwu.edu or calling 509-963-1524.
