The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I4IE) and the CWU Entrepreneur Club will present featured speaker Vince Bryan, MD as a part of their Innovation and Entrepreneurship Speaker Series. Dr. Bryan will give his speech, “Is There a Better Way? INNOVATION” Thursday, Oct. 17 at 2 p.m. in the CWU Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Theatre. This free event is sponsored by the Herbert B. Jones Foundation of Seattle and is open to the public.
Not only is Dr. Bryan a retired neurosurgeon, he is also the owner of Cave B Estate Winery, developer of the BRYAN Artificial Spinal Disc and more than 75 other surgical instruments and the founder of the Gorge Amphitheatre. More recently he developed an apple-harvesting machine and is now in the process of creating fish passage and transport systems.
This speaker series is designed to share the experiences of successful business professionals like Dr. Bryan and provide those interested in innovation and entrepreneurship with inspiration and guidance.
