Who: ASCWU-BOD VP of Equity & Community Affairs and ESC Members

What: “What is ESC?” weekly meetings

When: Every Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Where: Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) 202

Why: the Equity and Service Council (ESC) is made up of a list of organizations to help spread equality and diversity throughout campus. These organizations lead outreach and service efforts to off-campus students and serve as a liaison to university equality. Anyone interested in joining any of these organizations is encouraged to attend the meetings.

Organizations include Filipino American Student Association (FASA); Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP); Access, Belonging, Learn and Equality (ABLE); Black Student Union (BSU); Equality through Queers and Allies (EQuAL); Movimento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MECha); Native American Student Association (NASA); First Generation Student Organization (FQSO) and Rotaract.
