The Student Fashion Association is at it again! For over five years, the SFA has collected new and gently used dresses, shoes and accessories for the Fairy Godmother Project. Donations will be accepted until Friday, March 8. To donate items, please use one of the following drop-off locations:
SURC Breezeway: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Michaelsen Hall: Monday and Wednesday, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Additional drop-off appointments can be made by e-mailing the SFA at email@example.com is none of the above times are convenient. The SFA is also accepting donations for gift baskets that will be raffled off during the event.
The Fairy Godmother Project is designed to help high school girls in the area better afford to go to prom. Donated dresses and accessories will be sold at very reasonable prices with dresses ranging from $5 to $40. Many girls from the Kittitas Valley and Yakima attend and find that perfect dress.
