The media is a powerful source of information and reaches millions of people all day, every day. But is it fair? Un-biased? CWU is hosting “Equality in the Media” Monday, Feb. 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC), room 140. The event is free and open to the public.
“Equality in the Media” will provide attendees with an opportunity to speak out or express their views about equality and if they feel the media influences and discriminates on certain ethnic groups.
