Collectively, Drs. Warren and Elizabeth “Libby” Street served at Central Washington University for more than 75 years. The Streets acknowledge that the interactions they had and the relationships they built with CWU’s students are among their most treasured moments. To honor their distinguished achievements and careers, the Drs. Warren and Elizabeth Street Endowment was created. This fund supports students who study in the Department of Psychology. One component of the endowment includes the Dr. Warren Street Scholarship. This scholarship is intended to support a junior- or senior-level psychology major.
Eligibility: The 2014-2015 Dr. Warren Street Scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $1500 to one junior- or senior-level psychology major who demonstrates a strong record of scholarship, backed by excellent references from the faculty. To qualify for this scholarship, one must retain at least a 3.2 GPA.
Application Process: Any student interested in applying for the Dr. Warren Street Scholarship should complete this application. Further, he or she should also provide a minimum of two reference letters by faculty members in support of the application.
