The Ellensburg City Council gave its unanimous endorsement last week to Central Washington University's facilities master plan update for 2013.
Bill Yarwood, CWU's facilities planning and construction services director, outlined the plan's greatest hits for the Council.
In the short term, the plan calls for addressing projects like Central's tennis courts, starting this summer.
Utility work on D Street, which is already underway, will continue, and will create road closures, planned for late July.
A committee has been working with the city and county on reconnecting the John Wayne Trail through campus.
