- 6:00-6:30 p.m. Enjoy traditional carols while sipping wassail or wine
- 6:30-6:50 p.m. Performers escort guests to tables
- 7:00-9:00 p.m. The music and dining begins! (Wine Bar closes at 7:00 pm)
CWU carolers will welcome guests, who may enjoy complimentary wassail or the no-host wine bar by Ellensburg Wine Works in the foyer while they listen. Student-performers escort guests to their dining table in the main Ballroom. Our talented musicians also will serve a sumptuous holiday dinner as the concert proceeds.
Individual choirs, solos and duets, and combined choir performances resound from stages around the room. From glorious songs of old, to beautiful new anthems of peace and hope, the sound of rich choral music will fill your ears and lift your spirits.
As the evening closes, a peaceful quiet will spread across the room and with the combined power and beauty of 100 voices close the evening with two final pieces sung by candlelight.

Tickets are $50 and seating must be reserved in advanced for individuals and groups. Tables seat up to eight.
Net proceeds will be used to establish and fund scholarships for choral education majors and other needs of the choral ed program.
Parking is free. Dress is semi-formal holiday attire.
