Upon successful completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please call the Events Outreach Unit at (509) 963-1976. Please plan a minimum of 8-10 weeks lead time to allow the Events Outreach Unit to support as many requests as possible. Depending upon your event, exceptions to this timeframe will be considered.
