I. At 8:30 a.m.: Jim Armstrong, Mark Anderson, and Jack Bishop regarding pre-football tailgate functions

Mr. Armstrong began by explaining that Alumni and Athletics have partnered to host a hospitality tent at the home football games this season. The plan is to have a tent set up at the north end of the stadium and serve refreshments to alumni and Wildcat Club members prior to the game and at halftime. Anyone entering the venue will be required to show his or her Alumni Association or Wildcat Club card. Various media outlets will be used to promote these events. Dining Services has also agreed to have a concession stand in that same area. Cabinet members agreed that this was a good thing to do. The group will proceed with their plans for the Alumni/Wildcat Club hospitality tent.
