  • HIV/AIDS instructor and instructor trainer for American Red Cross, 15 years
  • CPR/First Aid/AED instructor and instructor trainer for American Red Cross, 5 years
  • Health curriculum developer and trainer for various school districts, American Red Cross, and specialization areas at CWU, Seattle Pacific University, and Skagit Valley College
  • Health change behavior experience with various organizations including Group Health Cooperative smoking cessation program
  • Also taught health in middle school and survived!
