Blackboard Master Course Request

This form is used to request a master course for Blackboard. You may request up to 3 master courses with this form. To request more than 3 please fill out another form. Note that you may request a Master Course as a development shell or as a copy of a previously taught section. Courses are kept on Blackboard for one year after the quarter in which they were taught after which time they are deleted from Blackboard.
