Project Management Office

The Project Management (PM) office defines and maintains the standards of process related to project management within the organization.  We strive to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.  Additionally, the PM office is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. 

In addition to providing project management for IT and related projects, the PM Office also supplies:

  • Development and application of a project work methodology and “culture” at CWU
  • Assistance with project identification, planning, initiation, execution, resource management, and deployment
  • Status of current and proposed projects
  • Support for University Enterprise Team
