This comprehensive site is designed to help you enhance your off-campus experiences and become connected with the greater Ellensburg community - including campus, neighborhoods, and the downtown. Our goal is to help improve neighborhood relations and improve the quality of life for all. These pages contain information to help you be a good neighbor, know how to keep safe and legal with your choices, and help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a tenant or a landlord.

Most CWU students have good relationships with their neighbors; in 2008, close to 90% of community members surveyed (Good Neighbor Survey) said students make good neighbors!

The Campus-Community Coalition is working to make a difference in our community, using strategies that change the environment within which students make decisions about alcohol use.
