North Campus Expansion

NORTH CAMPUS DINING EXPANSION

As part of the new residence hall project (Dugmore Hall), the university is planning to add a separate dining facility located to the east and north of Dugmore Hall that will include new dining options to meet the needs of students in the hall. The university is committed to having an opportunity to provide food service in an area of the campus that currently does not have these services. Plans for the project are currently being finalized so some project details may be subject to change.

Project Features:

  • 6,000 square feet (tentative)
  • Convenience store (C-store) with a wide variety of EZPZ Grab and Go items
  • Additional food concept/micro restaurant

Budget: $2.68 million

Why is this project needed?

The new dining facility will provide food service in an area of the campus that is currently underserved. Associated with Dugmore Hall, it will meet the dining needs of students living in the hall.
