| Preparatory Strings at Central | |
|---|---|
With the exception of Early Beginners 1 and 2, the ensembles meet for 2 hours a week and are taught by Central Washington University students. One of the advantages of this program is the extremely high CWU ratio to Prep students, with an average of one teacher to every four Prep students. This means that there is a great amount of one-on-one instruction and detailed attention to each student, unlike other programs that have fewer teachers to help the students. This program is beneficial to both Central students and youth in the community. Feel free to explore this web site to learn more about this program. If you have any questions, please contact the Program Director at prepstrings@cwu.edu. Thanks for your interest! | |
