Due to budget restrictions applied guitar (lessons) for new students have been susspended for the 2011/12 year until further notice.
Junior level
All Literature must be memorized with a performance minimum of three contrasting works
Repertoire Examples:
- Chromatic Pavane Phillips
- Variations Sor
- Pavanes Morley
- Pieces Caracteristiques Torroba
- Multiple Mvts. Bach Cello or
- Lute Suites
- 4 or more Etudes Villa‐Lobos
Technical Requirements:
- All Metronome Marks refer to the quarter note pulse
- All Segovia Scales Memorized mm= 132 play duple 8th notes and mm=92 play 8th note triplets. Demonstrate both Apoyando and Tirando Scale Techniques
