We invite ensembles from throughout the northwest that have gained a reputation of excellence, and are looking forward to three days of inspired music making!
please provide for the judges two sets of scores for each piece you will perform. Each score should be labeled with your school name as well as include numbered measures. Please keep copyright laws in mind and plan accordingly.

Dr. Andy Collinsworth is the Director of Bands and Program Director for Music Education at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California. In addition to leading the university Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Chamber Winds Ensemble, he teaches courses in conducting, instrumental music methods and music education.
Larry Gookin is Distinguished Professor and Emeritus Professor of Music at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. He served for 34 years as Director of Bands before retiring from CWU in 2015. Prior to teaching at Central, Professor Gookin taught band for ten years in Montana and Oregon public schools.
Dr. Angela Schroederis currently Associate Professor of Music in the Department of Music of the University of Alberta. A native of Alberta, Dr. Schroeder completed her undergraduate studies in Music at the University of Calgary, majoring in Secondary Education, with performance studies in piano and trumpet.
