CWU Marching Band Commitment Form

By completing and submitting this commitment form, you understand that you are committing to being a member of CWU Wildcat Marching Band during the 2023-24 school year. You also recognize that before the 2023 fall quarter begins that you need to communicate with your advisor and enroll in the course, MUS 287/487 (marching band). You acknowledge that you must attend all rehearsals and performances associated with the ensemble, including any post-season games (in the event that the football team makes the playoffs, etc.). An official schedule will be released during the end of the spring quarter as fall dates are finalized. All collected data from this form is confidential. Please contact Dr. T.
