CWU Kairos to Perform with Duane Funderburk

Kairos, string chamber ensemble-in-residence at Central Washington University, will present a concert on Monday, February 11 in the McIntyre Music Building Recital Hall at 8 p.m. Duane Funderburk, world renowned pianist from Southern California will join violinist Carrie Rehkopf Michel and cellist John Michel in presenting works by Bridge, Berofsky, Ravel, and an arrangement by Funderburk of the hymn ‘Let All Things Now Living’, based on the Welsh song ‘The Ash Grove’. Tango-inspired favorites by Piazzolla and Schoenfield will bring the concert to a fiery close. Admission is free.
