Instructor of Saxophone
Collin Wilson is a versatile and dynamic performer. He has received degrees from the University of Oregon and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied under Debra Richtmeyer and Chip McNeill. He is currently completing his D.M.A. in Performance with a secondary area of Jazz Studies. As a classical player he was a winner of concerto competitions at both Oregon and Illinois and has been an active soloist and chamber musician at conferences of the North American Saxophone Alliance. As a jazz player he spent a year as a musician with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines touring Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
