Salmon Run 2017

Thank you all for your participation in the 2017 Salmon Run! This was the biggest Salmon Run yet, with more than 100 runners across both distances. We were thrilled that you all came out in celebration of salmon, Earth Day, and running. Mark your calendars now for next year’s Salmon Run – April 21, 2018!

Below are the results as recorded by CWU Recreation. Congratulations to everyone! The MCE team apologizes to those of you whose bibs we missed as you crossed the finish line. If you recorded your own time and would like it added to the official results, we will gladly do so.

We have heard from a number of runners that there was confusion on the course this year. We sincerely apologize. We will work very closely with our CWU Recreation partners so that next year’s race will be better marked with more volunteers out on the course. We want this event to be a fun race for everyone.

If you would like to share your feedback and help to make the Salmon Run even better in the future, consider responding to our short, anonymous survey. There’s a place at the end of the survey for comments.

Hope to see you next year! Happy running!
