Please use this form to request an appointment to vist the Museum of Culture and Environment. Requests must be made two business days in advance of the desired visitation time. The Museum will make every effort to accomodate requests, but may not be able to accomodate all due to staffing or scheduling conflicts. You may also request an appointment by calling 509-963-2313, or emailing museum@cwu.edu. 

Visitors will be required to follow public health guidelines, including wearing facial coverings over their nose and mouth and maintaining physical distance.
