Bulletin Board Policy

  • Each bulletin board is assigned to a club and is supposed to be replaced every quarter to keep it current and interesting. The committee decided to have 2 bulletin boards that rotate every quarter for the different programs in the Education Department, rather than each of the different clubs/organizations having an assigned board. Especially due to the number of clubs/organizations there aren't enough bulletin boards. Craig Hughes will be in charge of this.
  • The committee decided to keep 3 general use bulletin board between room 150 and 151.
  • The display case across from room 150 has had the same display for several months. The displays were to be changed on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Rexton will check to see if he has a list of those who have signed up to place a display in the case this academic year. If he cannot find the list, he will check with Connie Lambert.
