If you need mental health assistance today, please use one of these options:
1) If you are experiencing a life-theatening emergency, call 911
2) Call or come into Student Counseling Services M-F 8am-4:30pm - Find us in Black Hall, Suite 225
3) Download the TimelyCare app, sign-up with your CWU credentials and access TalkNow (24/7 access to a counselor)
4) Call the crisis line at 509-925-4168
5) Call the national crisis line at 800-273-8255
6) Use the text crisis line by texting HEAL to 741741

Crisis Text Line: Text  741741 when in crisis.  Available 24/7 in the USA.  A live trained counselor will receive the text and respond quickly.  Service is free of charge.  Cell phone plans with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint or Verizon  are free if texting to 741741.
