Are you looking for an opportunity to stretch and challenge yourself? Do you enjoy interacting with others from different cultural backgrounds? Are you interested in developing your leadership skills? If so, please consider Central Washington University's new Cross Cultural Leadership Program.

The 2013 Cross Cultural Leadership Program brings approximately 15 students together as an annual cohort to explore the relationship between leadership and culture. Participants enjoy a hands-on training approach during their fall retreat and monthly seminars. The year concludes with a capstone experience in New Orleans, LA.

• Students will explore the relationship between culture and leadership;
• Students will learn how culture affects leadership;
• Students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different culture during the spring immersion project;
• Students will gain an understanding of different cultures through the experiences and stories of our guest speakers.
