Nearly all students experience varying degrees of stress at some point throughout college. This workshop will give you the opportunity to learn effective tips for managing your own stress, resulting in a more positive college experience.

Students will learn that they can effectively reduce the level of stress they experience at college;
Students will learn relaxation techniques and participate in stress reduction assessments
