Managing and implementing a large-scale technological upgrade at a major institution is not.
The 24-month, multi-million dollar upgrade to CWU's technological systems is a perfect example. Gene Shoda of CedarCrestone, who is overseeing the iCAT upgrade, will give a special presentation on this project and the management skills necessary for its successful completion.
