In today's complex global environment, skilled professionals who possess both information technology and administrative management expertise are in high demand. The Information Technology and Administrative Management Master of Science degree (MS-ITAM) provides a one-year degree for post baccalaureate students to develop essential skills to enhance organization competitiveness. MS-ITAM is a unique degree that bridges the gap between information technology and administrative management. The program focuses on leadership, communications, supervision, budget planning, entrepreneurship, and ethics, as well as applied IT management skills in emerging technologies.

MS-ITAM is ideal for:

The MS-ITAM graduate program has a common core curriculum (26 credits), then students choose between three specialization areas:

The program is three quarters plus summer quarter and can be completed in as little as one year as a full-time student. Explore the complete curriculum here.

This program operates in a cohort model, therefore, we can only accept full-time students.

Due to high demand, we are unable to accept state/CWU employee tuition waivers for this program at this time.

MS-ITAM offers two learning options so you can pick the one that fits with your learning style:

Fully Online

Allows you to work toward your degree anywhere and any time! If you are currently employed, place-bound, or facing other challenges to completing a traditional on-campus program, this is an easy and convenient way to take the next step in your professional career.

On Campus

If you learn best in a face-to-face environment, we offer this program in cohorts at the Ellensburg campus. As a STEM program, MS-ITAM is ideal for international students.
