Personal advising - we are here to help.

Our advisors will work with you individually to see if this program is a good fit with your experience and your professional goals, creating a plan tailored to you. Director of ITAM Online Programs Laurie Stehle, says, "I want to reassure the ITT students that all is not lost concerning their education. We will work with them through every step of this program."

Let's move your career forward.

BAS-ITAM layers soft skills employers seek, such as leadership, project management, and change facilitation, over a strong technical foundation. This combination creates career-ready graduates capable of meeting the challenges of modern industry.

"Hard skills vary based on the job, but soft skills are required for every job," Guy Berger, an economist at LinkedIn, wrote on the company's blog. "That makes soft skills extremely valuable."

BAS-ITAM students complete a common core curriculum, then select a specialization from three high-demand areas:

Administrative Management

This broad content program provides leadership and management skills applicable in any career field including health care, industry, and agriculture.

Information Technology

This program targets specific management needs in IT projects and departments, opening new career paths for students with strong technical backgrounds.

Cyber Security

One of the fastest growing employment areas, all organizations are seeking trained cyber security management professionals to protect their employees, customers, and information assets.

Online or On Campus

Our online program provides flexibility and convenience. Working professionals can complete their studies while balancing work, family, and fun. For students who thrive in an in-class learning environment, we offer this program at our Ellensburg campus, or in a hybrid format (some online and some in-class courses) at the CWU University Centers.
