If you would like to apply to the UESL Program, complete the UESL Application Form. Send the application with a Bank Statement showing at least $5,530 for each quarter, a high school or university graduation document, a $50 application fee, and a copy of your passport information page with your photo. Payment is accepted by bank check, MASTERCARD or VISA (send cardholder's name, card number and expiration date) or by Western Union. If these methods of payment are not possible, please contact the UESL Office to make other arrangements.

The UESL Program will send all documents by regular mail. If you want to receive them by express mail, you need to pay the express mail fee by credit card, check or Western Union before we mail them. If you ask the UESL Program, we can tell you the express mail fee to your country.

To reserve a residence hall room on campus, please print out the Housing Application and send with $200 deposit.

If you are transferring from a US school, please print out the Transfer Form. Complete the top part and give the form to your advisor.

When we receive your request, we will immediately send you an official application packet. When you return the completed application materials to us, we will send you an I-20 form, along with useful information that will help you get settled in Ellensburg.
