Submit all CWU application materials to the SAEP secretary, located in the International Center, Room 109B. Students should expect to receive the approval notification from their Study Abroad Advisor in approximately 1 week.
Students must complete all of the steps listed below in order to receive credit and maintain their CWU student status while abroad. Completing this process also allows students to apply most forms of financial aid towards the costs of their study abroad experience. The first step in the application process is to complete the program application found on the sponsor's website. All application materials, references, and transcripts are to be sent directly to the sponsor of the program (and not SAEP).
Important Note: If the application requires an approval signature from their Study Abroad Advisor, please submit the form to the SAEP Secretary, located in the International Center, Room 107. Students will be contacted once the form has been signed and is ready for them to pick up and send to the sponsor of the program.
All approved students must attend a Pre-Departure Orientation and complete additional acceptance paperwork. Students will receive further information about these requirements in their approval notification from their Study Abroad Advisor.
