The iCAT program is a set of 12 new and exciting projects that will be completed over the time period of October 2012 through June 2015. These projects will eliminate some of our paper based forms like timesheets and purchase requisitions. We’ll be addressing faculty needs for better reporting and scheduling systems. Most exciting of all, we created a new portal for everyone called MyCWU. A single window to campus systems.

Periodically during the iCAT implementation, Sierra-Cedar Quality Assurance managers will be evaluating project teams and activities to ensure their readiness for upcoming project phases. The goal of these evaluations is to assess how we, as a team, are feeling about the changes we are experiencing with iCAT. The results of the survey combined with the Quality Review will be used to identify areas where we need to provide more support, communications or focus to help improve iCAT as we move forward.
