Performance management is a continuous cycle that includes goal setting, coaching, developing, feedback, and recognition.

In the first hour of this working session, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize the benefits of conducting performance reviews
  • Complete annual performance evaluations in ePerformance
  • Describe the roles of supervisors and employees in the performance management process
  • Ensure performance management is not just a once-a-year event

The final 2-hours are a drop-in computer lab where you can work on performance documents with HR assistance.
