Medical and dental plan changes may be made during open enrollment
All changes effective January 1, 2014

During open enrollment, subscribers may:

Enrollment/re-enrollment in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance
Program (DCAP) must be made during open enrollment for participation in 2014.

If you do not want to change your medical and/or dental plan, no action is necessary and your plan elections will remain in place for 2014.

Changes for 2014:

  • Medical Premiums
  • Vision hardware covered in full for members through age 18
  • Premium surcharges effective July 1, 2014:
    • A monthly $25-per-account surcharge will apply if subscriber or enrolled family members use tobacco products
    • A monthly $50 surcharge will apply if a subscriber enrolls a spouse or registered partner, and the spouse or partner has waived enrollment in other employer-sponsored coverage that is comparable to PEBB medical coverage
