Hiring departments decide where to advertise, are responsible for advertising costs that are in addition to what HR automatically provides to departments (see below) and drafts the employment advertisement. If interested in a graphic ad or promotional items, contact Public Affairs for approval. Advertisements for all positions are approved by your HR consultant.
Graystone Group Advertising is a great, cost-effective way to place employment ads. After an ad is approved by HR, the hiring department sends the ad to Graystone with a list of where they would like to advertise. Graystone will then email back with a quote for approval.
