Description:
Performance management is a continuous cycle that involves working with your supervisor to set goals and plan for your own growth and development as you consider the needs of the organization.
In the first hour of this working session, you will learn how to:
•         Recognize the benefits of participating in performance reviews
•         Compose SMART performance and development goals
•         Explain how CWU competencies are used in the performance review process
•         Identify examples of how to monitor your ongoing performance
The final 2 hours are a drop-in computer lab where you can work on performance documents with HR assistance.

•         Exempt and classified employees
