The successful candidate will be a seasoned, well-rounded HR leader with a proven track record in the successful implementation and management of HR programs and policies. CWU is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual with hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management, who is adept at building relationships and establishing credibility throughout the organization; who provides leadership by working across boundaries, building and sustaining effective and diverse teams, coaching and mentoring others. The selected individual will be building on the successful recent (and continuing) upgrade to the University technology infrastructure – both hardware and software.
