Process

A student who plans to return to a Living Learning or Theme Community must complete the following three steps.

  1. You must be approved to return by the current faculty/staff member responsible for facilitating the Living Learning or Theme Community. This is indicated by getting a signature from the faculty/staff listed. Please plan ahead as this is not a primary responsibility of the faculty/staff members. By gaining a signature a completing the application, you are agreeing to participate in Living Learning or Theme Community programs next year. Priority is give to students who are currently participating in LLC and Theme Community. If you are not an active participant, you could be removed from the assigned community. We understand that there will be times throughout the year when this is difficult, and some flexibility is allowed.

  3. If you have additional questions, contact Ian Miller, Assistant Director of Residence Life at 509-963-1704, milleria@cwu.edu or University Housing and New Student Programs at 509-963-1323.
