University Housing and New Student Programs is excited to announce the opening of this new residence hall for fall quarter 2012. This four-story, state-of-the-art, and energy efficient building is designed to house 362 first-year students. Some of the green features include energy efficient heating/cooling and lighting system, the use of alternative energy using solar energy to heat water, efficient air filters, and water use reduction.
