Getz-Short is located on the south edge of campus and houses approximately 60 students who are 21 and older.

Getz/Short apartments are conveniently located on the southern end of Central’s campus, near local shopping areas. Getz/Short provides 24 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom unfurnished apartments. There is a fenced play area for children and the entire complex is attractively landscaped. Apartments are unfurnished (range and refrigerator provided). Utilities, telephone service and limited off-street parking are provided.

• Two bedrooms — 600 sq. ft.
