Davies is a first-year community that houses around 77 students. It is conveniently located near the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) and near the Student Health and Counseling Center.

Davies Hall is one of six buildings in the Bassetti complex in the center of the campus.

• First floor co-ed by wing, second and third floor co-ed by random room.
• Alcohol free.
• Nearby lighted outdoor handball and half-court basketball courts, tennis courts, and large lawns for volleyball, football or relaxation.
• Single occupancy.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on first floor.
• Covered bike storage.
• Large Single room: approximately 150 sq. ft.; combined living/study/sleeping room. Furnished with beds, desks, chairs, closets, and a microfridge.

Emergency Locations
In the event of an emergency in which you need to evacuate the building, please exit through the lobby and walk towards the Health Center. At the Center across the street you will receive additional instructions.
